Ah today’s model looked really tired… but she was really cool. I approached my study a little differently. I’ve noticed I always mess up the left eye. I also realized that after watching the demos, I feel as if I have to get the lay in of the drawing quickly so I can get to my half tones faster. Basically I’m rushing when I draw, instead of taking it easy and observing the subject carefully.
So! After doing the same *rush the lay in* for the first 20 minutes of the class, I stepped back and try to figure out what was wrong with my sketch, and compared it to the model. This method was slow, but I think it yielded to a much more accurate image compared to my previous works.
