Behold!! I finally went to class! It’s either been too-humid-for-breathing, raining, or super hot. Though after making 16 plates I had to go through a recovery period from work overload.
All my plates are now dry and ready for decorating. With that said! When I got to class, I was given a seat and a pencil and was told to “decorate” my plates. I hadn’t been thinking about how I was going to decorate the plates… So… After attempting at making some “cool” and “minimal” designs. I convinced my teacher that I should go home and work on the plates. Since my attempt at “awesome plate you’d want to have food on” was going fairly slowly. So slow, I ended up decorating only 4 plates… ^^; I had concluded that I wanted to look up some references. Considering I wanted some of my plates to have a paper Mario theme on it. ^__^

I could go home early today!! Hurray!! >__< but... I felt guilty about coming to class and not really learning anything, so I asked my instructor to teach me something new. The result? Well, instead of learning something new, I ended up being his assistant/helper/slave labor whatever you want to call it. What did I end up helping him with? *Drum roll* For him to make 44, yep, 44 plates. @___@ Tried to convince my teacher to change the radio channel since it wouldn't stop playing sad love songs (ugh). But I did not succeed. note to self: Bring the ipod! D:
By the end of the day I had concluded I hadn’t learned anything new in the sense of pottery, but I learned persistence. So got the teacher to not count that day as a class day. Hurray! I went home at the decent time of 10:30pm that day (I got to class @ 6pm). Here is a glove I found in the studio while I was being a useful helper.

Great pictures, Jenn. You can play Paper Mario as reference when you get back
